Common questions
How do I get my file?
Right after payment you land on a download page, and the same link arrives by email. The link keeps working, so you can fetch the file again on a new phone or laptop.
How do I pay?
At checkout by card, or with a wallet where your device offers one. Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details never pass through this site.
Can I read the guides on my phone?
Yes. They are standard PDFs and open on any phone, tablet or computer. Save the file to your device before you fly so it works offline.
Which software do the presets need?
The presets are XMP files for Lightroom Classic, Lightroom desktop and mobile, and Adobe Camera Raw. The six-page guide in the ZIP shows how to install them.
How does Plan my trip work?
You book and pay, then answer a few questions about your trip at checkout. I send your plan as a PDF by email within five working days, and one round of changes is included. Details are on the Plan my trip page.
Can I share a guide with a friend?
A purchase is for your own use: one licence, one person. If a friend wants a copy, they can buy their own.
