Plan my trip
with Kayiwa

A custom itinerary and daily budget for one country, built from my guides and the places I have eaten.

Personal service

A trip plan made for you

Tell me where you are going, when, and what you like to eat. I send back a plan you can follow, with the costs I would expect to pay and the food stops worth your time.

What you get

  • A day-by-day route for one country, up to 14 days, using the bases I recommend in my guides
  • An estimated daily budget in US dollars, euros or pounds, excluding flights
  • Eight to ten food stops with what to order and a rough price
  • Getting-around notes and a short entry-requirements checklist (information only)
  • One round of changes after you have read it

Countries I can plan

Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, China, Turkey, Uganda and Kenya.

$39

One country, up to 14 days. Delivered by email as a PDF within 5 working days of receiving your details.

Book my plan

You will give your trip details at checkout. See the terms.

How it works

  1. You pay and fill in the short trip form at checkout.
  2. I read your details and write the plan.
  3. You receive a PDF by email within 5 working days.
  4. Reply with your changes and I will update it once.

What I do not do

I do not book hotels or flights, apply for visas, give legal or medical advice, or answer messages during your trip. Prices in a plan are estimates from my guides and change, so check them before you pay. If I include booking links, they may earn me a commission, and I say so.

Turnaround

Your plan arrives by email within 5 working days of me receiving your trip details. If you need it sooner for a fixed departure, say so in the form.

One round of changes

After you read the plan, reply with what to change and I will update it once. A completely different trip is a new plan.

Refunds

If I cannot deliver a plan for your trip, I refund you in full. Once I have started writing it, the fee is not refundable. Write to me through the contact page first.
